NP was great, but waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time to see her. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early as well, so what was only a 15 minute appointment (max) turned into 1hr and 15 min appointment! It would be nice if I was notified ahead of time if a provider is running late.

Although My Zoom Meeting Was Some What Informative, I Was Left With The Feeling That My Concerns About Timing Of My Procedures Was Not Sincerely Considered. My Husband Will Be Going In For His Rotator Cuff Surgery The Middle Of Jan. I Will Need To Be Able To Pick Up All His Chores And At This Stage I Don't Think I Can Do Everything He Has Been Doing Since My Neck Pain Has Not Allowed Me To Do All The Farm Chores. I Feel That Since You Cancelled On Me For My Nov. 9 First Injection, I Should Have Gone To The Head Of The Line For The Next Closest Date. Instead I Have Now Been Scheduled For Dec. 21. I Sincerely Hope That All The Diagnostic Injections And Then The Ablazion (Sp?) Can Take Place Before I Need To Carry The Whole Load Of Work. I Did Call Dr. Tatsumi's Office To See If He Had Recieved My Mri Pictures. I Was Told He Had Not Recieved Them Yet. I Have To Be Honest With You And Tell You That I Am Reconsidering My Decision To Postpone My Making An Appointment With Dr. Tatsumi.
