The Many Benefits of Accessing Your Doctor via Telehealth

Telehealth Appointment

Telehealth visits have rapidly grown in popularity over the past few years — and for good reason. This flexible, virtual approach to care is ideal for many types of appointments, especially if you live far from your doctor’s office or have difficulty getting around.

At Spinal Diagnostics, we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments to help you access quality care with convenience and comfort. Whether you’re managing ongoing symptoms or exploring treatment options, telehealth can be a smart alternative to an in-person visit.

Why choose telehealth?

Telehealth allows you to speak with one of our experienced providers using video conferencing on your phone, tablet, or computer. There’s no need to drive across town or wait in a busy lobby — you can join the appointment from the comfort of your home or office.

Telehealth is ideal for:

  • Initial consultations
  • Follow-up visits
  • Medication reviews and adjustments
  • Discussing test results
  • Reviewing your treatment plan

This service is especially helpful for patients who experience chronic pain and may have difficulty sitting, walking, or traveling long distances.

How does it work?

Once you request a telehealth visit, our staff will walk you through the setup process. You’ll receive a secure link to join your video appointment, and our providers will review your health status, symptoms, and treatment plan in real-time, just like an in-person visit.

You may be asked to describe your pain, movement, or symptoms, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. If you need additional testing, procedures, or prescriptions, we can arrange those through the clinic or your local pharmacy.

Is telehealth right for me?

Telehealth is not a replacement for all types of care. If you need a hands-on exam or in-office procedure (such as an injection), we’ll schedule a follow-up visit in our Tualatin or Newberg office. But for many routine check-ins and conversations, telehealth is an excellent option.

We’re proud to offer this service as part of our commitment to personalized, patient-centered care — no matter where you are.

If you’d like to schedule a telehealth appointment or learn more about how it works, don’t hesitate to contact us today. We’ll help you determine the best next step for your health and convenience.
